Now, with Simultaneous efforts to keep and maintain the quality of services, we have decided to offer a gift to our current subscribers for every new subscriber referenced by them under the condition of purchasing one of the HiWEB special promotions (Tornado, Thunder, Lightning and downpour).

It is only needed to record your user name as the referrer, following payment step. In this way, your friends benefit from HiWEB ADSL services and you will receive 20,000 tomans, after activation of the new purchased service, as a gift.

  • Reregister your friend on HiWEB and buy one of our special promotions (Tornado, Thunder, Lightning and downpour). Insert your referrer code in the related box following online payments. (Your referrer code is your user name in HiWEB).
  • After service activation, for each activated service during last week 20,000 tomans will be charged to your account on the next Saturday. (The gift is calculated based on the activation date of the purchased service).
  • You may use your credit in order to buy data traffic or to extend or change your current service. After a given amount, you can receive it in cash (it will be deposited to your credit card).

Gift Credit

In sales referral campaign, you will receive 20,000 tomans on Saturdays for every customer referred by you, If the amount of gifts reaches 500,000 tomans, it can be paid in cash (it will be deposited to your credit card).

During running the campaign, gifts are calculated 7 times on each Saturday. After each time, upon charging related amounts to your account, you will be informed via SMS and e-mail.

For example, if a user buys a special promotion by your referrer code on Thursday January 7th, 2016 and his/her service is activated on Monday, January 11th, 2016, 20,000 tomans will be charged to your account on Saturday, January 16, 2016 and you will be informed via SMS and e-mail. You can use the gift to buy a new service, data traffic or Sparkler and so on or you can wait until the gifts reach 500,000 toamns and then ask us to pay it in cash (the amount will be deposited to your credit card).

How to use gift credit

After activation of new customers’ service, the account of the referred member will be charged on every Saturday. He/she can use it to buy data traffic or to extend or change his/her current service or to buy a new service. In addition, when the gift reaches a given amount, it can be paid in cash.

Terms and Conditions

  • The members should insert requested data in “user information” tab in their user account accurately. If the inserted data contradict with facts, referrer’s account will be blocked by HiWEB.
  • Membership in this campaign neither grant any representation by HiWEB nor establishing an official work relationship with HiWEB. If the referrer claims so, HiWEB is entitled to make necessary actions to block his/her account or to ask prosecution.
  • The referrer is not allowed to issue any invoice, receive documents or sign a contract on behalf of HiWEB.
  • Gift credit is charged if a special promotion (Tornado, Thunder, Lightning and downpour) is sold to new subscribers or users other than current members. A new subscriber is a person who has not purchased a HiWEB service for the considered phone line. In the event of selling conventional services, such as one month or three months services, no gift credit will be granted. In other words, gift credit is applicable only for those promotions which are observable and tradable in “special promotions” tab. Currently, HiWEB special promotions are: Tornado, Thunder, Lightning and downpour
  • Gift credit is granted to referrer only after activating the new subscriber’s service i.e. when the new subscriber connects to the Internet via HiWEB. Therefore, any payment by the new subscriber does not necessitate gift credit.
  • The amount of gift credit for every new activated service within one week is calculated on every Saturday and is charged to the referrer’s account.
  • Cashable gift (which is deposited to credit card) is the sum of granted credits. Other payments of members are excluded.
  • In the displayed form, after completion of payment process the referrer’s code must insert, otherwise the purchase will not be considered for the referrer.
  • 9. The referrer should explain to buyers all conditions and features of HiWEB special promotions as well as their prices. He/she should answer all questions of the new customer and should clarify all ambiguities. In addition, he/she is not entitled to receive any additional money other than the price of promotion. If a new subscriber complains against the referrer, for example, he/she has not completely explained the promotions or has requested additional money, HiWEB will always consider the new subscriber rightful and will deduct the gift credits of the referrer equal to the price of the sold promotion. If the referrer has no gift credit, his/her credit column will be changed to negative credit. Therefore, referrer should attract new customers’ satisfaction through explaining the conditions and features of special promotions. If the complaint is repeated, HiWEB will block the account of the referrer.
