During the second phase of referral sale, HiWEB ADSL users can introduce our special promotions and selective services to their friends and acquaintances.


Special Promotions, Selective services and gifts

It is only needed to record your user name as the referrer after payment process completion. In this way, your friends benefit from HiWEB ADSL services and you will also receive a gift, after activation of the new purchased service. The amount of this gift depends on purchased promotion or service and varied between 20,000 to 40,000 tomans as per following table:

Steps:

  • Registering a friend in HiWEB, following by purchase one of HiWEB services (priced above 30,000 tomans) or one of special promotions offered in the considered center.
  • Making the payment of promotion or service (online payment) and insert your referrer code in related box on post-payment form. (Your referrer code is your user name in HiWEB).
  • If purchased service is activated by the end of the next Saturday from the purchase date, an amount of 20,000 tomans or 40,000 tomans (depending on activated promotion or service in the last week as per above table) will be charged to your account. It should be noted that the amount of gift is calculated based on the activation date of the Internet.
  • You can use this credit to buy data traffic or to extend or change your current service. If the gift credit reaches 500,000 tomans, it can be paid in cash (it will be deposited to your credit card).

Scheduling Credit Increment:

In this campaign, gifts are calculated on Saturdays (if the Saturday coincide with an official holiday, it will be calculated on the next working day). After calculation, upon charging your account you will be informed via SMS and e-mail.

For example, if a user buys a special Promotion (for example a 3-months red) on Tuesday March 1, 2016 using your referrer code and referee's Internet service is activated on Thursday, March 3, 2016, an amount of 20,000 tomans will be charged to your user account as a gift by the end of Saturday, March 5, 2016 and you will be informed via SMS and e-mail.




Terms and Conditions:

  • Gift credit is charged just under below condition:
    • ـ Selling special promotions or services priced above 30,000 tomans
    • ـ Just new subscribers and users (A new subscriber is a person who has not purchased a HiWEB service for the considered phone line)
  • Gift credit is granted to referrer only after activating the new subscriber’s service i.e. when the new subscriber connects to the Internet via HiWEB. Therefore, any payment by the new subscriber does not necessitate gift credit
  • In the displayed form, after completion of payment process the referrer’s code must insert, otherwise the purchase will not be considered for the referrer.
  • The referrer should explain to buyers all conditions and features of HiWEB special promotions as well as their prices. He/she should answer all questions of the new customer and should clarify all ambiguities. In addition, he/she is not entitled to receive any additional money other than the price of promotion. If a new subscriber complains against the referrer, for example, he/she has not completely explained the promotions or has requested additional money, HiWEB will always consider the new subscriber rightful and will deduct the gift credits of the referrer equal to the price of the sold promotion. If the referrer has no gift credit, his/her credit column will be changed to negative credit. Therefore, referrer should attract new customers’ satisfaction through explaining the conditions and features of special promotions. If the complaint is repeated, HiWEB will block the account of the referrer.
  • The members should insert requested data in “user information” tab in their user account accurately. If the inserted data contradict with facts, referrer’s account will be blocked by HiWEB.
  • Membership in this campaign neither grant any representation by HiWEB nor establishing an official work relationship with HiWEB. If the referrer claims having mentioned relation with HiWEB then HiWEB is entitled to make necessary actions to block his/her account or to ask prosecution.
  • The referrer is not allowed to issue any invoice, receive documents or sign a contract on behalf of HiWEB.
